Orange Slovakia has passed its end-2023 target of 50% population coverage with its 5G mobile network. The firm currently reaches 51.4% of the population in 254 cities and towns, Zive.sk reports, up from 40% at the end of June and 25% at the start of the year. Orange has not given a new end-2023 coverage target.

TeleGeography’s GlobalComms Database notes that Orange is the largest of Slovakia’s four mobile network operators (MNOs) in subscription terms, with almost 35% of the overall market.
