Cybersecurity Excellence

Building robust digital defences is essential to protect national infrastructure.

Cenerva helps you develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks that align with international standards yet remain highly relevant to local markets.

We work alongside your team, identifying threats, bridging gaps, and strengthening your capacity for the long term.

Cybersecurity Frameworks:

A robust cybersecurity position begins with a solid foundation of policy and law. This requires comprehensive national cybersecurity frameworks, including drafting legislation, crafting national strategies, and establishing clear regulatory environments. We assist nations in building these essential frameworks, ensuring they are aligned with international best practices, yet tailored to local contexts.

Establishment and/or Maturity Assessment of Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT):

A Cyber Emergency Response Team (CERT) is the operational heart of a nation's cyber defence. Whether it's developing operational plans and staffing requirements for a nascent CERT, or conducting maturity assessments to identify areas for improvement in a well-established team, we provide expert guidance. Our services include developing incident response procedures, delivering specialised training, and recommending technology solutions to ensure a nation's CERT is prepared to effectively detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats.

National IP Security Assessment:

Understanding your current cybersecurity strengths and weaknesses is vital. This area focuses on conducting comprehensive national cybersecurity assessments, often framed as "National IP Security Assessments." Through in-depth national security audits, we map data flows, evaluate the resilience of critical infrastructure, and identify vulnerabilities across key sectors. The outcome is a clear understanding of the national cybersecurity landscape, informing the development of prioritised action plans and strategic roadmaps to enhance overall national cyber resilience.

Professional Excellence

Our multi-disciplinary team features PhDs, engineers, legal experts, and regulatory specialists. Collectively, we have published thought leadership in digital economy policy and hold recognised certifications in implementing NIST frameworks. This blend of academic rigour and real-world expertise underpins our commitment to offering the highest standards of service.
