As an Executive Director Emeritus of the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance, Prof Nwana is a global expert on spectrum and wireless technologies. He is Full Visiting Professor at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland within the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department (EEE). He has authored more than 10 books.

He has been closely involved in all of the key spectrum policy developments for the UK mobile sector over this time, leading several of the most high profile projects as the sector has transitioned from 2G towards 5G including mobile liberalisation, spectrum trading, auction design, spectrum fees and mobile coverage policy.
