Les problèmes signalés suggèrent que le programme de mise en œuvre initial mené par les opérateurs a été très mal exécuté. Il est très regrettable que la crédibilité publique du service de portabilité des numéros mobiles du Bangladesh et de la BTRC soit mise à mal par les querelles publiques entre les différentes parties prenantes, alimentées par les médias.
