China Mobile Hong Kong (CMHK), Companhia de Telecomunicacoes de Macau (CTM) and CITIC Telecom have teamed up to conduct roaming trials of 5G Standalone (SA) and Voice over New Radio (VoNR) technologies between Hong Kong and Macau. The firms say the trials will lead to an enhanced 5G roaming experience for customers in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macau Greater Bay Area.
