Telecom Argentina (Personal) has confirmed that it ended 2022 with a total of 180 5G cell sites in service, with its footprint covering Buenos Aires, Rosario, the Atlantic Coast, Cordoba, Santa Fe, Corrientes, Posadas and Parana. The 5G network, which re-farms existing 4G frequencies via a Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS) configuration, went live in February 2021.
