Polish mobile operator Plus (registered as Polkomtel) has expanded the coverage of its gigabit-capable 5G Ultra service to reach 171 cities and towns. The telco, which “introduced 5G Ultra in June”: https://www.commsupdate.com/articles/2023/06/13/plus-launches-gigabit-5g-service/, has added more than 70 new cities to its network footprint since launch. 5G Ultra uses carrier aggregation in three 4G and 5G bands – 1800MHz, 2100MHz and 2600MHz.
