Chilean full-service providerĀ WOMĀ has completed the installation of the first of the rural 4G/5G sites it committed to deploying as part of its bid for 700MHz spectrum in 2021. As part of its spectrum purchase the operator committed to providing 4G coverage to 366 remote towns. This week the operator unveiled the first of these sites which serves the town of Teguel in Los Lagos region, providing 4G and 5G connectivity to the community.
